Alcuin was a scholar, clergyman, poet, and teacher from York. He was born around 735 and became the student of Archbishop Ecgbert at York. At the invitation of Charlemagne, he became a leading scholar and teacher at the Carolingian court. He was considered to be one of the most important intellectual architects of the Carolingian Renaissance.

This is a new track (part of an October 2023 update) which will also be featured on the forthcoming 'EboRock'em' 4 track EP.
